ONLINE SHIPPING
Shipping is exclusively available to the 48 contiguous states.
Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, tracking information will be provided and orders should arrive between 2-5 business days. Unforeseen delays, such as weather, could affect transit times.
* Standard shipping is $7.99 on orders under $100.00 and *free on orders over $100.00.
* Exclusions to the $7.99 standard shipping offer would include items such as candles and diffusers. A shipping disclaimer is noted with these types of items.

To ensure that packages are shipped to the correct address, please check your shipping address before checking out.
Undeliverable - If a package is returned to us, we will initiate contact with you to verify the address on file. We will not resend the package until correspondence is received. Additional shipping costs will incur.
Over The Moon Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

IN-STORE PICKUP
If in-store pick up is selected -
Pick up orders at OVER THE MOON BOUTIQUE during regular business hours.
Kindly pickup orders within 14 days of the order-complete notification email. If orders are not picked up within 14 days, the merchandise will be added back to inventory and a IN-STORE credit will be issued and placed on file for the buyer. If a IN-STORE credit is issued, please retrieve it directly and timely.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to initiate pick up and/or to contact the boutique if they are unable to pick up within the 14 day window. The boutique will happily make every effort to connect the order to the buyer, however.
Once a pickup order is ready, usually with 24 business hours, the buyer will receive an email confirmation.
