ONLINE RETURNS

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and smoke-free.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), accessories (i.e. jewelry, handbags, hats, slippers), certain garments (i.e. bodysuits, bralettes), gift cards, clearance items, promotional-discounted items and any/all items that were discounted at point of purchase.

RETURN REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

Click your account icon. 

(Your account icon is located to the left of the cart icon.)

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

 

If your return request is approved, then you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Once the return is received and inspected, and is refund-compliant, your refund process will begin.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method, within a certain amount of days, less the $7.99 USPS return shipping fee for the prepaid label.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
